Used eSIM service lots before but first time of using it from Hong Kong to mainland China to Macau and back to Hong Kong. Only issue was when we arrived back in Hong Kong had a text stating I needed to do a registration process . Therefore lost service for a couple of hours. Was with family members therefore wasn't a big deal★

This sim works but it really lags and sometimes load very slow. I am able to use Alipay and DiDi app though its slow. If I tried to watch thumbnail videos on YouTube it plays then spins then plays again. As for making voice calls on WhatsApp, its no good because the call keeps freezing and reconnecting and the signal is too poor. I will not buy again, as Trip.com has better options.
