The tour was excellent and Warren our guide was highly entertaining and thorough. The morning tea was a juice box and a cookie, so bring snacks as the first place for food is the lunch stop around 11:30. Beware, the route is very winding/curving along the coast. If you experience motion sickness, please take note. It would be ideal if your operators could mention this on the "What to Expect" or "Additional Information" sections. The bus is cramped in the last 2 rows, you are not able to see through the front as these rows are lower than all the others. But the tour was excellent. The Gorge, and Twelve Apostles are breathtaking. Easy walking even for a senior. The forest walk in a loop in the rain forest and can be steep at moments. We were able to spot koalas along the roadside, as well as kangaroos.

Very good experience 👍 Our tour guide Peter is very funny and well-prepared. It's a Go West tour, very satisfied!! I compared so many tours and still liked this one the most. We even encountered wild koalas while hiking in Maits Rest ✌ The departure time was sent to us via email the day before. Very reliable!

We had a fantastic day trip on the Puffing Billy Steam Train and the Phillip Island Penguin Parade! The weather was great, so we had a wonderful time! Because the train departure time was earlier than planned, we left 45 minutes early. The entire journey was 14 hours long, and Jack really worked hard! He was so attentive and thoughtful, sharing helpful tips at each attraction to make our trip smoother and more enjoyable. His driving skills were also excellent; the ride was smooth and comfortable throughout, which was very reassuring. Thank you, Jack, for taking such good care of us all day. The tour bus arrived on time, exactly as originally scheduled, with four pickup points. We visited all the planned locations during the tour. The weather was great, the views were clear, and we were lucky enough to see koalas at one of the stops. Our driver-guide, Augustin, was very positive and humorous, and shared many interesting facts about Australia and the places we were visiting. His driving skills were excellent. The tour was in English, as advertised. Augustin spoke several languages. The group was well-disciplined, and we returned to Melbourne as planned. I was very pleased with the tour. The price was reasonable. I recommend it.
