The monument of Phraya Ratsadanupradit or known as Ko Simbi Na Ranong is a place for people to pay homage, relax, enjoy nature and exercise amidst the abundance of various plants. With love and awareness of his good deeds, Mr. Yanyong Winothai, the mayor of Trang at that time, joined with the people to build the monument as a memorial to him with a budget of 1,333,000 baht and held the opening ceremony on April 10, 1951, which later became known as "Wan Phraya Ratsadanupradit". Inside the current public park, which covers an area of approximately 5 rai, in the center, there is a black stucco statue, which is a model of "Phraya Ratsadanupradit" in a standing position facing south, dressed in full regalia, standing out prominently, with a white square base and stairs on all four sides. At the foot of the stairs leading up to the monument, there is a large round palm tree. This is a rare palm that can only be found in Trang Province, namely the "Governor of Trang" palm. The surrounding area is covered with lush green grass and there are also fountains installed in many places. Visit Trang and pay homage to the governor, Phraya Ratsadanupradit Mahison Phakdi, the father of Thai rubber. It is not only Trang people who travel to this public park, but anyone who has the opportunity to pass through must stop by to pay homage to the "Phraya Ratsadanupradit" monument.
