The old lantern no longer served the port's needs, and a new lighthouse was needed to commemorate this historic moment. Every element was designed to have a strong symbolic value. Grotta Gigante
Grotta Gigante is located near Sgonico in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region of Italy and is a distinctive local karst cave view. As the name suggests, the cave is impressive for its massive interior space. With expansive cave halls and huge stalactites, stalagmites, and rock walls formed over long periods of geological change, it is easy to feel the spectacular underground world shaped by nature once you step inside. After entering the cave, visitors can follow a designated route deep underground to admire diverse rock formations under lighting. As the route progresses, the surrounding space alternates between narrow passages and expansive openings, creating an experience completely different from the natural scenery on the surface. The temperature inside the cave is relatively stable. Miramare Castle is also a very shocking site. The scale of the entire castle building is also very good. There are many good works of art inside. The large garden of the castle is also very unique.

Unification Square is very close to the city center. There are free travel routes nearby. You can see many churches and palaces. Many buildings are decades old. There is a big stone monument in the middle. When you come out of the train station and walk to the church, you will pass this small square with a monument in the middle.
