I visited the botanical garden today, and it was wonderful. The air was fresh, and there was a wide variety of plants. I benefited greatly from the patient and detailed explanations given by our guide, Ms. Zhou Ying. I tried the perfumes; the pepper scent is especially recommended—it's affordable and great value. Shimei Bay, Wanning, Hainan. Located on the eastern coast of Liji Town, Wanning City, Hainan Province, within the 18°N golden resort belt, this resort area is developed by China Resources. Wenchang Moon Bay, located at the easternmost tip of Hainan Island, is a crescent-shaped pristine bay. It's not overly commercialized, offering a tranquil environment with few crowds, fine white sand, and crystal-clear water that gradually transitions into glass-like clarity. Its main appeal is its unspoiled natural environment for sea views, sunrises, beachcombing, and quiet relaxation – perfect for taking photos without crowds. It's not a bustling bathing beach, has very few amenities, and isn't ideal for purely leisurely water activities or dining. Highlights: 1. Extra-long pure white sand beach (approximately 8-11km), gentle slope, wide shallows at low tide, and high visibility; crystal-clear sea on sunny days; at low tide, you can dig for hermit crabs, small crabs, shells, and go beachcombing (check tide information in advance). 2. This was a fantastic snorkeling experience! The instructors were incredibly patient and helped me get into the water little by little. The whole package was excellent value for money – the most fun I had during my Hainan trip! The water quality near Jiajing Island was amazing; I saw so many beautiful fish! The instructors also guided me through taking photos and videos! And both photos and videos were free!!! It was such a great deal!!! The glass-bottom boat photographers were also very patient, teaching us many great poses, and the photos turned out beautifully. Overall, it was an extremely satisfying experience!!! Coach Achang was very approachable and taught very professionally. My child quickly grasped the skills and had a great time! The photographer was excellent at capturing candid moments; almost every photo was very satisfying! Overall, I highly recommend him!
