Yangtian Lake is definitely worth visiting. October is considered the off-season, so it's less crowded and more comfortable. If you go early, you can even see the sea of clouds at the end. We entered the scenic area at 9 am, and the entire area was shrouded in mist; we couldn't see anything clearly, as if we were in the clouds.
Just over 20 minutes later, the sun gradually shone through, and the mist dissipated, revealing a beautiful sea of clouds.
We drove to a nearby guesthouse the day before. There are many guesthouses here. Driving up the mountain at night in the fog was a long and winding journey, like driving through the clouds. We entered the park early the next morning. No matter how many travel guides you read the night before, nothing beats experiencing this vast beauty firsthand. Seeing such a large alpine meadow in the south is truly wonderful. The scenic area is very clean, and there are many small animals. The children were very happy. We fed the goats for 10 yuan and entered the deer park for 30 yuan to interact with the baby deer. We rode the mini-train (30 yuan) and also enjoyed the very exciting grass skiing (30 yuan). What I was most satisfied with was the scenery. In the city, the sky felt slightly overcast and hazy, but once I got to the mountain, all the clouds were below me, the sky was a clear, bright blue, and there was a sea of clouds right beneath my feet – it was a wonderful feeling.
There are restaurants within the park, and the prices are reasonable.
The air is so fresh; sitting and watching the sunset is a wonderful experience, very comfortable. I would definitely come back again.
