StephSAThis was such a fun experience for my kids and I. The staff are helpful and very accommodating. They couldn’t really communicate in English, but they used their translating apps to help us.

女大王。Longemont Ice and Snow World is amazing! It has a variety of ski slopes suitable for both experienced and beginner skiers, perfect for taking great photos, and offers many family-friendly activities. There are also NPC interactions and ice and snow performances, and the equipment is very complete.

春天的落叶66The location is excellent; you can see Tianjin Railway Station from your room, making it very convenient for catching trains. The hotel facilities are relatively new, with a smart toilet and comfortable beds. There are also many good restaurants nearby. My only complaint is that they didn't clean the room after my extended stay. The cleaning lady said that if I requested cleaning for an extended stay, they wouldn't do it unless I told her. They didn't collect the trash or change the towels. This is the first time I've encountered this. I hope they improve in this area.

DoctresswhoIt was pretty good. Since we had a six-year-old with us, we didn't go skiing, just visited the Ice and Snow World. The attractions were quite plentiful, including ice bikes, ice slides, ice excavators, ice palaces, and ice bumper cars. We waited about ten minutes for the bumper cars, but the others were basically open right away. My favorite was ice skating! We played for ages. Kids who can rollerblade can pick it up right away, and there are free little dolphin rides—you can grab one if you want, haha! But I wasn't very good at holding on while skating; the adult's center of gravity is a bit too high. You can rent ice skates for free, but I recommend renting a turtle-shaped ice skate pad on Xianyu (a second-hand marketplace). I fell four or five times and my tailbone hurt for a week… the ice was really hard!! Every now and then, the rink is cleared out for figure skating performances. The stories are simple, kids can understand them, and the lighting effects are good; the big skirts are amazing. But there's one attraction that's a total rip-off—avoid it! The ice pit escape near the entrance had an incredibly long queue; we didn't even get a turn after the show next door ended. Because the staff were extremely uncooperative and deliberately dragged their feet, even though they had prepared multiple sets of protective gear in various sizes, they insisted on waiting for one person to finish and slowly remove their heavy gear before the other slowly put it on. This was extremely inefficient and a waste of time, as if they were deliberately making people wait to make the booth seem more popular. The overall environment was quite atmospheric, with snowflakes falling, and even young children could play on sleds and dig in the snow. There was also a penguin viewing window. Snowsuits and boots could be rented for free. The changing rooms and lockers were close together and clean, but the changing rooms were a bit small; it's not recommended to have more than one adult and one child in the changing rooms, otherwise it would be difficult to turn around. The interior was quite chilly. It didn't feel like it at first, but after three hours, the chill seeped into your bones.

M34***93This is more than just a ski resort; it's like a magical ice and snow fairytale! The snow entertainment area is a real highlight. The various themed snow tubing tracks are thrilling and fun, and children will have a blast running around in the snow castle. The bumper cars on the ice are hilarious, and the adorable penguins are a treat to watch up close! The entire venue is vibrant with color, and the lights and music create a joyful atmosphere. A variety of dining and rest areas make it easy to refuel. Whether you're gathering with friends, dating, or just having a family day out, you'll find endless fun here – a one-stop snow fun experience that's incredibly enjoyable!

小小赫的爹Parking is at the first visitor center, less than two kilometers from the town. If you arrive early, you can park in the indoor parking garage. From there, take the park shuttle to the cable car station (180 RMB round trip). After taking the cable car up the mountain, it's a 5-minute walk to the ski equipment hall. If you bring your own ski equipment, you need to pay a 500 RMB deposit. Lockers in the shoe changing area cost 30 RMB + 70 RMB deposit and can hold standard square ski boot bags. The intermediate slopes are three wide lanes, while the advanced slopes require a separate 80 RMB cable car fee. Because the artificial snow is quite hard, there's a 30-degree steep slope at the end where I often lose control of my skis and fall. But overall, it's very good for a recreational ski resort. The only rip-off is the 50 RMB fee for temporary ski lockers. Even with WeChat payment via mobile phone, there are no detailed terms. In that case, I just had to lock my skis to the outside railing with a padlock.

M51***36Yaoxue Ice and Snow World is amazing! The ice rink is super spacious, the ice is fine and smooth, and all the equipment is provided free of charge. Staff are on hand to supervise you throughout, so even beginners can enjoy themselves without worry. There's a huge variety of ice activities: the slides are incredibly relaxing, the bumper cars are full of fun, and there's something for everyone, from adults to children. The atmosphere is fantastic, and you won't want to leave!

Anonymous userIndoor skiing is not too cold. It is difficult for beginners to learn. When the speed increases, the center of gravity is unstable and it is easy to fall. However, the staff inside will actively come to help and you can also find a way to stand up by yourself.
