GGuest User: The stay was very comfortable, and the breakfast was plentiful with high-quality ingredients. While visiting Moganshan, the weather was unpredictable, and a mountain rain suddenly began. I thought I'd be stuck indoors today, but unexpectedly, after the rain stopped, the sky was brighter and much cooler than when we arrived. Coming out of the hotel, I encountered the damp mist, which put me in the mood for a swim. I saw the mountains veiled in clouds and not one, but two rainbows beyond them.

TTony Ellison: The couple that work there (or own it) are very generous and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and well cooked. Easy access to hikes and the popular sites. You do pay 80rmb per person to enter the park and have to show you hotel booking to pass if you take a taxi. It was all well worth it!

DDokey_xxx: The room overall was great, and the surroundings were beautiful, making for a very comfortable stay. It was also perfect for taking photos. What really surprised us was the service; every single staff member was incredibly kind, attentive, and paid attention to even the smallest details. They were all so lovely, even my husband commented on how responsible and excellent the service was from each lady. It's also very close to You Village, so we enjoyed leisurely walks there morning and evening. It's great for kids, even little ones will find it enjoyable. We arrived at noon and ate directly at their restaurant; the food was surprisingly delicious. Breakfast was very generous, and they even offered red bean soup in the evenings. The butler was also very thoughtful, checking in on various details promptly.

They also provided snacks and fruits. The breakfast was a highlight – delicious, freshly prepared, and served with such enthusiasm. It was a true pleasure to experience such attentive concierge service. We will definitely be back! Thank you for your wonderful service, you all work so hard!

XXiaomei: This hotel is perfectly situated within the scenic area, very close to the transfer station, making it incredibly convenient to visit all the attractions. In the evening, there's a fantastic light show at the transfer station, which is a great bonus! The rooms are spacious and bright, and the hygiene is excellent. You need to provide your car plate number in advance if you're taking a taxi to the hotel. The front desk staff member was very enthusiastic, helped us with our luggage, and provided information about the surrounding area. The breakfast is a set menu with a good balance of meat and vegetables, and a rich variety of options! This hotel is highly recommended! If I visit Moganshan again, I would definitely book this hotel again.

MMaixiaomaiyaochangda: ☀️Mogan Mountain is warm in early winter, with soft sunshine, falling maple leaves, mottled sycamores, swaying reeds... At Jiuzhu Meisu, we can enjoy this beautiful winter scenery without leaving home. - ✅Play: 🛶In the idyllic mountain residence, enjoy the infinity pool, swing with the kids, watch the kids happily playing on the trampoline, slide🛝, and riding bikes, having a lot of fun. 🫖Boil tea around the stove while basking in the sun, it is also warm in winter, and the ingredients around the stove in the homestay are super rich! 🛋️In the evening, the temperature drops, and you can go back to the living room filled with sunset to read a book. The beautiful living room is super romantic ♨️After dinner, soak in the hot spring full of ins style, and the cold is swept away 🎱The homestay also provides billiards, KTV, chess and card rooms... and other entertainment projects, with so many activities that you can’t experience them all. ⛺️Outdoor camping and bonfire barbecue in summer🍖Team building with like-minded friends is also a good choice - ✅Accommodation: 🛌The rooms are unique, named after the solar terms, and the room types and themes have different characteristics. The room we booked can see the beautiful sunset standing on the balcony🌄 - ✅Food: 🍴I have to praise the cooking skills of the chef of the homestay, the fresh ingredients, and the taste are also superb. - ✅Surroundings: 🕊️Drive for 8 minutes to Yucun Square, Starry Sky Park, Moganshan Scenic Area

GGuest User: 🏡The courtyard is spacious and tranquil, still lush and green despite being autumn. The little dog couldn't resist running wild on the lawn as soon as it entered, and there were many dog toys nearby. Sitting in the courtyard basking in the sun while the dog plays on the lawn is incredibly pleasant. You can watch the sunset from there, accompanied by the melodious sound of wind chimes – truly therapeutic! 🛏️The rooms are cozy and inviting. The family room has two floors: a living room downstairs and two beds upstairs, one large and one small, spacious enough for three people. 🍜The most delightful surprise was the food! We were exhausted after coming down from Moganshan and didn't want to go out anymore, so we ordered dinner at the guesthouse. It was unexpectedly delicious! The chicken soup was fragrant, and the bok choy was homegrown and incredibly sweet. The three of us ordered four dishes and a chicken soup, and finished it all. Breakfast was also excellent, plentiful and delicious. They even made breakfast for the dog, but unfortunately, he's a picky eater, wasting their good intentions 🤦🏻♀️ ❤️Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. I plan to come back in the summer for a cool escape and will definitely choose to stay here again.

Wear non-slip sneakers for hiking. 4. There are many mosquitoes on the hiking trails, so bring mosquito repellent. 5. Prices on the mountain are high, so you may want to bring some bottled water and snacks. 6. Do not leave the trails to enter the bamboo forest to avoid getting lost. 7. There are many tourists on weekends, and the shuttle bus up the mountain can have long lines, so it is recommended to arrive early. Suitable for Families, couples, road trip enthusiasts, hikers, those who enjoy relaxing at homestays, and anyone looking to escape city stress.

Compared to Wuzhen, I prefer this ancient town that's free forever! I've been to countless Jiangnan ancient towns and I'm really tired of the crowds and trendy shops in Wuzhen 😭 Today I genuinely recommend Xinshi Ancient Town in Huzhou! It's completely free, no admission tickets, and zero over-commercialization. It retains the most authentic Jiangnan atmosphere, where locals are still living their normal lives. It's quiet and soothing, perfect for a slow weekend trip 🍃 ✅ Why skip popular Wuzhen and choose Xinshi Ancient Town? ▪️ Wuzhen is heavily commercialized, crowded with tourists, you have to queue for photos, and prices are on the higher side ▪️ Xinshi is the complete opposite! No cookie-cutter trendy shops ▪️ Bluestone streets, riverside old houses, and century-old bridges are all authentic ▪️ You can see locals washing clothes, sunbathing, and chatting everywhere; it's a truly living thousand-year-old town 📸 Must-visit photo spots (few people, great for photos) 📍 Riverside ancient bridge cluster The town hides 17 Ming and Qing dynasty bridges. Every step leads to a bridge, maximizing the "small bridges and flowing water" vibe. The river is clear and calm, with white walls and black tiles reflected on the surface—every shot looks like a soothing Jiangnan ink painting. 📍 Old street alleys The crisscrossing old alleys have no signs of renovation and are full of antique charm. They are gentlest in the morning mist or evening glow, with almost no tourists, allowing you to enjoy the quiet water town all to yourself. 📍 Historical old residences Niche cultural sites with very few people. No need to squeeze through crowds; take your time strolling through the courtyards, feeling the heritage of this thousand-year-old town. It's quiet and peaceful. 🗺️ 2-day, 1-night relaxed itinerary (no rushing) Day 1: Stroll the old streets -> Walk along the river -> Watch the sunset Arrive in the afternoon, drop off your luggage, and take a slow stroll through the old streets. Eat local snacks, walk across ancient bridges, and watch the evening breeze on the river. Catch the sunset in the evening; the light is gentle and super soothing. Day 2: Morning market -> Stroll through niche courtyards -> Return You must wake up early for the local morning market! It's full of vibrant local life, prices are super low, and it's where locals do their daily shopping. Spend the morning wandering around niche spots, no rushing, no "checking in" at tourist spots, just a laid-back vacation. 🚗 Parking & boat info ▪️ Parking: The town has a free visitor center parking lot with plenty of spaces, friendly for self-driving ▪️ Boat: Retro hand-rowed boats are available at affordable prices Taking a boat to slowly cruise the waterways lets you experience the water town scenery up close—the experience is fantastic 🍜 Authentic local food (no tourist markups) These are flavors hidden by locals, affordable and honest! ▫️ Xinshi Tea Cake: Soft, sticky, and savory—a local breakfast staple ▫️ Dingsheng Cake: Sweet but not cloying, a classic Jiangnan pastry ▫️ River seafood stir-fry: Fresh river shrimp and clear-water fish, incredibly delicious Just eat at any old shop on the street; the value for money beats the trendy ancient towns! ⚠️ Tips to avoid pitfalls 1. No admission tickets for the whole town! Ignore any scalpers trying to charge an entry fee 2. No need to wake up super early for an intense, fast-paced trip; the essence of the town is slow strolling and daydreaming 3. Prices in the scenic area are very reasonable, with basically no tourist markups 4. Wear light-colored clothes to match the gentle atmosphere of the water town; they look great in photos 5. Even on holidays, the crowd is far smaller than in Wuzhen or Xitang; no need to squeeze through people ✨ Final thoughts The real Jiangnan has never been about cookie-cutter trendy towns. The gentleness, quietness, and vibrant local life of Xinshi are what Jiangnan is truly like 🍂 If you want to avoid the crowds and have a low-cost weekend, don't hesitate to visit!

Who could say no to a morning in the mountains? No need to be woken up by an alarm clock. Open the window, and the bamboo-covered mountains rush into view. The morning breeze carries the fresh scent of greenery, the lawn still feels slightly damp, and you can hear the leaves rustling as you walk along the stone path. No city hustle and bustle, just a dialogue between the mountains and the wind. Find a corner to sit quietly, watching the layered distant mountains and the slow-moving mist. No need to rush, no need to worry about anything. It turns out the best way to clear your mind is to surrender yourself to the wilderness. A brief escape from the rat race, take a deep breath in the mountains 🍃

Driving along the winding mountain roads of Moganshan, with lush bamboo forests on both sides, it feels like a green carpet has been laid out for this journey. Upon arriving at Moshangyin Moganshan Resort Villa, a warm, homey feeling instantly washed over me. Today, let me take you into this luxurious hidden gem nestled in the mountains to experience a different kind of slow living.🚗🌿 🏡 A warm first impression of the mountain villa 🌸 Stepping through the doors of Moshangyin, the minimalist Nordic design is striking. The space is dominated by white tones accented with wood elements, simple yet warm. In front of the floor-to-ceiling windows, the mountain scenery is picturesque; every window acts like a carefully arranged frame, making you want to pause and savor the tranquility. Here, time seems to slow down, allowing you to forget the hustle and bustle of the city. 🍽️ Mountain flavors on the dining table 🍽️ When mentioning Moshangyin, one must mention its unforgettable cuisine. The chefs use fresh local ingredients to carefully prepare every dish. Whether it's a steaming bowl of white porridge in the morning or a mountain-style feast in the evening, every flavor carries the purest respect for food. Especially the free-range chicken soup stewed with mountain spring water; the broth is clear, the meat is tender, and every bite is a gift from nature. 🏊♂️ Leisurely time by the pool 🏊♂️ In summer, Moshangyin's infinity pool becomes the most popular photo spot. The azure water blends with the surrounding mountain scenery, as if you could reach out and touch the sky. In the afternoon, lying on a comfortable lounge chair with an iced mojito in hand, listening to the gentle breeze and the murmuring of the distant stream—this kind of comfort is something that no amount of busy daily life can replace. 🌙 A romantic night under the stars 🌙 As night falls, Moshangyin takes on a different charm. The hotel staff arranges bonfires or stargazing movie nights for guests. Sitting in a circle, sharing stories, and looking up at the starry sky, all worries seem to be absorbed by the tranquil night sky at that moment. In this pure land far from city light pollution, spending such a night with a loved one or friends will surely become an unforgettable memory.

CNY 80) is great for escaping the heat, and Nanxun Ancient Town (combo ticket approx. CNY 100) is much quieter than Wuzhen—perfect for a leisurely stroll with parents. 🌊 East Zhejiang (Shaoxing, Ningbo, Zhoushan) — A route for yellow rice wine, seafood, and blessings Best for: Fans of traditional vibes and seafood lovers Lu Xun's Native Place in Shaoxing is free, but you must visit Anchang Ancient Town (free) to see locals drying sausages, then have some yellow rice wine and stinky tofu. Tianyi Pavilion (approx. CNY 30) and Dongqian Lake (free) in Ningbo have a slow pace, perfect for relaxing. Putuoshan in Zhoushan (entry + ferry ticket approx. CNY 220) is a sacred site for blessings. Dongji Island is stunning in summer, but remember to book ferry tickets in advance! 🏞️ Central Zhejiang (Jinhua, Quzhou) — Celebrity spotting and Danxia landscapes Best for: Those who prefer fewer crowds and beautiful scenery, and movie buffs At Hengdian World Studios in Jinhua (combo ticket approx. CNY 300), you can take the kids to spot film crews. Shuanglong Cave (approx. CNY 80) feels like natural air conditioning in the summer. Jianglang Mountain in Quzhou (approx. CNY 90) is a World Natural Heritage site with stunning Danxia landforms. Nianbadu Ancient Town (approx. CNY 80) sits at the intersection of three provinces and feels very authentic. 📸 South Zhejiang (Wenzhou, Taizhou, Lishui) — A paradise for outdoor activities and photography Best for: Photographers and hiking enthusiasts The night view at Lingfeng Peak in Yandang Mountain, Wenzhou (individual scenic spots approx. CNY 110) is a filming location for "Demi-Gods and Semi-Devils," and Guoqing Temple on Mount Tiantai (free) is very serene. Yunhe Rice Terraces (approx. CNY 80) and Guyan Huaxiang (approx. CNY 50) in Lishui are breathtaking—watching the sunrise over the sea of clouds in the morning will leave you speechless! 🗺️ How to plan a 7-day trip? Just copy this route: Hangzhou (West Lake > Xixi) > Wuzhen (stay overnight) > Shaoxing (Lu Xun's Native Place > Anchang) > Ningbo (Tianyi Pavilion > Dongqian Lake) > Zhoushan (Putuoshan) > Jinhua (Hengdian or Shuanglong Cave) > Lishui (Yunhe Rice Terraces > return). If you only have a weekend, just pick one region for a 2–3 day trip—it's still great! 🏠 Where to stay? In North Zhejiang, stay inside Wuzhen Xizha to see the water from your window. In East Zhejiang, stay near the Old Bund in Ningbo for easy access to seafood. In Central Zhejiang, choose Hengdian town or downtown Quzhou for good value. In South Zhejiang, be sure to spend a night at the Yunhe Rice Terraces or Xianglingtou in Yandang Mountain for an amazing sunrise. 🍜 What to eat? In Hangzhou, try Pian'erchuan noodles and Congbaohui. In Shaoxing, you must try stinky tofu and soy-sauce duck. In Ningbo, try tangyuan (sweet rice balls) and red crab. In Quzhou, challenge yourself with the "three heads and one paw" (rabbit head, duck head, fish head, and duck paw)—it's spicy and satisfying. In Wenzhou, try fish balls and sticky rice. In Lishui, try Jinyun shaobing and Qiaorou soup. ⚠️ Honest tips to avoid tourist traps: 1. Don't book cheap "one-day tours"! Especially the unlicensed tours from Hangzhou to Wuzhen or Putuoshan—they'll likely take you shopping. 2. Visiting only Dongzha in Wuzhen isn't worth it; the night view in Xizha is the soul of the place. 3. When eating seafood in East Zhejiang, ask for the price first. Look for "clearly marked prices" to avoid being overcharged by "market prices." 4. Don't make a wasted trip to the Yunhe Rice Terraces! It's dry in winter, so check if it's the irrigation season before you go. 5. Book ferry tickets to Putuoshan in advance during peak season, or you'll be stuck at the pier feeling the sea breeze. 6. Wear comfortable shoes! You'll easily walk tens of thousands of steps in Zhejiang's scenic spots, climbing mountains and crossing water. If your feet give out, the trip is ruined.

Staying in a hotel within the scenic area allows for a comfortable three-day, two-night stay. On the first day, you can take the scenic shuttle bus to explore the various classic attractions at your leisure, avoiding a rushed, superficial experience. On the second day, be sure to walk the circular walking trail to revisit all the classic spots you visited the previous day.
我爱为我家The rain couldn't dampen everyone's enthusiasm for taking photos! The park entrance involves parking first, then walking up some steps to the ticket office, and then crossing a commercial street to enter the park. The parking lot staff were very helpful, telling us that parking in P2 was the closest by foot. We brought a dog stroller, but with so many steps and the rain, lifting it was quite difficult. When we finally reached the park entrance, strollers weren't allowed because the paths were uneven and full of gravel, but dogs were permitted. This was something we hadn't done our research on.
mer***56This stay at Kaiyuan Senbo Yinzhuli in Moganshan was incredibly comfortable, nestled amidst bamboo forests and mountains with excellent privacy. Special thanks to our housekeeper, Xiaolian, for her prompt response to any issues and for arranging everything so well during check-in. The tranquil environment and high-quality rooms made for a truly therapeutic mountain retreat.
Anonymous userThe lotus flowers were in full bloom, but taking photos with people was a bit difficult. When I went, the boats that went into the lotus flowers hadn't started operating yet, so there was less fun. There were very few people and even fewer staff in the scenic area. The shuttle boat was quite cool and pleasant for enjoying the scenery.
Anonymous userThe beauty of ancient towns lies not in their hustle and bustle, but in their tranquility and peace. The winding lanes slow down time, allowing you to temporarily cast aside worldly worries and savor the serenity of Jiangnan. Shed the noise and find peace. In Xinshi Ancient Town, with its waterside houses, listen to the flowing water and entrust your heart to Jiangnan. #XinshiAncientTown #SearchingForMyDreamJiangnan
oueryujiWe didn't get enough fun on the first day, so we came back for a second visit! Moganshan Tianji Forest Valley is truly a treasure! It's not crowded, the scenery is beautiful, the mountain air is incredibly fresh, and every photo you take looks great. The activities are plentiful and fun; my favorite was the scooter – gliding down the mountain paths was exhilarating and safe, and I rode it several times without getting tired of it. Travel_ingThe azaleas were beautiful, with white, light pink, and deep pink blossoms in full bloom. There were other colors of azaleas in the Azalea Valley, but I was completely captivated by the magnificent scene at the entrance.
Anonymous userThe hotel has a nice environment and scenery, and the kids had a great time playing there for two days. The butler, Chenchen, was very helpful and there was plenty of information to provide. The activities were plentiful, and the overall experience was fantastic.
