Watanabeudon is a Yoshida Udon restaurant located near Oshino Hakkai. Yoshida Udon is a specialty of Fuji Yoshida, and its noodles are twice as thick as usual and more elastic. The most recommended dish in this restaurant is the Nikutama Udon, which has so much meat, vegetables, and eggs that you can hardly see the noodles.
