The entire shop is spacious and bright, with great lighting for taking photos! It was quite crowded when I went at lunchtime, but the food came out quickly, so there was no wait. Their signature Special Plov is absolutely worth a huge shout-out!! The pilaf includes unexpected ingredients like bell peppers, green mango, and raisins, making it sweet yet not greasy. The distinct grains of rice soaked in the meat sauce are simply divine! We also ordered roast beef, which was incredibly generous in portion size, roasted to a perfect crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Eating it with pilaf was pure bliss! 🛫 It's a very satisfying meal for around 100 RMB per person, making it a great value in Tashkent!
