[La Mancha region] Spanish countryside scenery🌬️

#0 yen trip January 2025 A day in the La Mancha region was a wonderful trip where we could fully enjoy the history and beautiful scenery of Spain. First, we went to "Consuegra", famous for its windmills. The white windmills lined up on the vast plains gave us the feeling that we had wandered into the story of Don Quixote. Near the windmills, we visited the historical tools and agricultural tools displayed by local people, and experienced the climate and history of La Mancha. After that, we visited the town of Almansa and strolled through the beautiful castle and square. The townscape, which retains a strong medieval atmosphere, was impressive, and for lunch we enjoyed dishes made with the local specialty "Mantigo cheese". In the afternoon, we visited a local winery and sampled wine from La Mancha. We enjoyed the deep flavor of wine grown in rich soil. Finally, we drove through the great plains of La Mancha and felt the quiet time passing while watching the beautiful scenery of the sunset. We were able to spend a fulfilling day in the La Mancha region, where nature, history and culture are beautifully combined.
