Best Tsukemen at Ramen Kenetora Fukuoka 🍜

#newyearnewtrip I never knew I could enjoy a bowl of Tsukemen ramen so much when I was in Fukuoka. I mean it is just a bowl of dry ramen with a dipping sauce, what is there to expect? But I was so wrong, I was in tsukemen heaven when I tried their version of their famous noodles at Ramen Kenetora Restaurant. Expect a long queue outside Ramen Kentora restaurant because their tsukemen is simply the best! At 1700¥, you will get a huge bowl of their dipping sauce with meat inside, a huge bowl of dry thick ramen noodles with char siew slices and onsen egg. You can even choose the level of spiciness for your dipping broth and if you would like normal to large portion of the noodles. The dipping sauce is out of this world - it is savoury, sweet, full of flavours and umami. The noodles was chewy and had the right bite. Save some of their dipping sauce, pour some hot water inside and it becomes a soup. Trust me, this tsukemen is worth the wait and it's excellent!
