Kansai Style Wagyu Sukiyaki @ Kuroku

The three appetizers were delicious, namely iced salad, tea bowl steamed rice, and scallop skirt. He will introduce each part of the beef while grilling, namely broiler, beef shoulder, saba dan, beef board key. Eating Wagyu beef will inevitably be a bit greasy, so we will intermittently grill vegetables for us, there are baby cabbage, emperor cabbage, taro thread, mixed mushrooms, etc., eat all the ingredients are fresh and high quality. After finishing all the beef and vegetables, there will be a rice cooker. This is really amazing, like a sukiyaki flavored stew, add a little wagyu beef, add sukiyaki sauce to cook the rice, almost will turn off the heat, beat in the raw eggs and keep on the hot pot stir. The final dessert was ice cream. Today it was green tea, which was quite good.
