The food overall looks quite delicate, uses high-quality ingredients, and has excellent seasoning. The only downside is the relatively high price, but given the central location, it’s expected. Spicy Tomato La Mafalda with Pan-Seared Prawn 🦐Spicy Tomato Prawn Mafalda Pasta The sauce is well balanced, with the sweet and sour tomato carrying a slight spiciness. The flavor is rich but not overpowering, quite appetizing. The prawns are fresh with a firm texture. Since the mafalda pasta was out of stock, it was replaced with rolled pasta, which absorbed all the sauce, giving a smooth yet slightly chewy texture—quite satisfying. The miso sauce on top is slightly sweet and fragrant. Combined with the tangy cherry tomatoes and the light, fresh pesto French beans, the seasoning is thoughtful and layered, more surprising than expected. 🍸Drinks: Golden Heart Tea Latte (Hot) This drink is very special, with the smoothness of oat milk combined with the aroma of Rooibos tea, plus the sweet scents of caramel and cinnamon. It tastes warm and mellow, cozy and very relaxing. Breeze Season A cocktail full of tropical vibes, with pineapple and lemon added. It’s sweet and sour, paired with vodka, making it refreshing and invigorating—quite suitable for summer.
