#summervacay Every corner of Nobu Santorini is built for sunset lovers. The infinity pools overlooking the volcano caldera are pure cinematic bliss. Our cave-style suite was adorned in soft tones and featured a private terrace with a jetted plunge pool. Dining at the ship-shaped terrace was magical—imagine black cod with miso while watching the golden glow descend on the cliffs. Staff were friendly, though some terraces were less private than expected. Still, it felt luxe and stylish all summer long.
