Shin-Okubo's rare two-story independent coffee shop, with white exterior walls and glass windows, and Korean flower pots at the door. I was attracted by the fragrance before I even entered the door~ It became popular not long after it opened, and there must be a queue on weekend afternoons. Fortunately, the takeaway packaging is super cute, and taking pictures with it feels like you are on the streets of Seoul✨ There are so many flavors of kansui knot that it is difficult to choose! There are both salty and sweet factions. It is recommended to heat the salty one in the small oven in the store~ "Butter Pepper Flavor" is a must-order! The surface is sprinkled with finely crushed pepper, and the dough is soft and chewy when you bite it. The buttery aroma is mixed with a slight sweetness, and it is not greasy at all. The "Tiramisu flavor" is a surprise. The top layer is covered with thick cocoa powder, and the filling is sandwiched with mascarpone cream. Remember to hold your breath when eating (the cocoa powder really floats up!)🍫 I also tried "Cheese Onion" and "Cinnamon Sugar".
