Here’s how I did it — slow and scenic: Day 1 — Rivers & Mountains • Morning: Bamboo rafting on the Yulong River — misty hills, quiet waters, pure magic 🛶 • Noon: Explore Jiuxian or Fuli village for old stone houses and countryside charm • Afternoon: Cable car or e-scooter up to a viewpoint — karst peaks as far as the eye can see 🌄 • Evening: Wander West Street — lively, colorful, snacks everywhere Day 2 — Nature & City Vibes • Morning: Li River walk — fishing birds, boats drifting by, those classic mountains ⛰️ • Noon: Local lunch with river fish + rice noodles 😋 • Afternoon: Temple visit or park stroll — statues, locals playing cards, slow pace • Night: Enjoy neon-lit Yangshuo with the mountains glowing in the background 📍 Tip: Stay just outside the center — peaceful nights, easy access to scenery 🚲 Rent a bike or e-scooter to explore freely Yangshuo feels like stepping into a scroll painting… and in two days, you still get plenty of time to breathe it all in 💚
