The lake at Yuanming New Park is so beautiful, the wind gently ripples the surface, making you feel very calm. I've never been this relaxed since escaping Shenzhen. Qinglv South Road is perfect for cycling. Taking a taxi here, I was already dazzled by the window view. That long bridge seems to be the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, and you really can't see the end of it. Dong'ao Island is huge. Except for the boat in the morning being too shaky and making me seasick, the rest of the experience was great. Line 1's pebble beach is so pretty; I carved a bunch of names on the pebbles, an ancient way with an ID; Line 3's beach has shells you can pick up. Usually, we don't pick up conch shells because they are the homes 🏠 of hermit crabs.
