Xibei&#39;s Northwest cuisine is really good, I like it very much. We also have this restaurant in Changchun. I was so happy to eat it in Dalian by chance during this business trip. Especially the big ribs, the tendons are so delicious.

Sea Sausage Rice: This is such a delicious rice dish! My friends and I fought over it. It&#39;s so delicious!
Oysters: Fresh and large, even more fragrant with the garlic sauce.
Seafood Family Portrait: A plate full of several different kinds of seafood, very satisfying!

I stayed at Kempinski Dalian these two days. I heard that Paulaner on the underground floor is the &quot;white moonlight&quot; in the hearts of Dalian people. I decisively invited two local friends from Dalian to have a small gathering here to experience the life in Dalian
