I need to spit out the bones with every bite, which is so unpleasant. The eel was not grilled until the skin was slightly curled and crispy. The sauce was sweeter than other restaurants. I still think that eels should be served with shredded red ginger and shredded eggs like that restaurant. The whole set meal is not as exquisite as other restaurants.
