Xibeiyoumiancun (baiweinian)

Xibei's Northwest cuisine is really good, I like it very much. We also have this restaurant in Changchun. I was so happy to eat it in Dalian by chance during this business trip. Especially the big ribs, the tendons are so delicious.

The taste is good. I like their noodles and grilled meat skewers. I personally feel that the siu mai is a bit strange. Overall it is good. The attitude is also good. The speed of serving is also OK. Looking at the design and introduction of the menu, it seems that they are very attentive.

Xibei Youmian Village is a restaurant with a northwestern flavor that has suddenly become popular in the past two years. Every time I come here, I like the same old dishes: oat noodles with sauce, lamb skewers, homemade yogurt, Xibei gluten, fruit and vegetable salad, and Zhang Yeye's handmade hollow noodles... The service of the waiters is as good as always, and the business in the store is as prosperous as always. Basically, there is a queue every time I come here.

There was a bit of a line to wait in the evening, but once inside, I found the restaurant to be quite nice. The tablecloths were a classic British style, with red and white checks. It felt like a picnic in the wilderness. The menu wasn't very extensive, but I didn't feel compelled to order anything. The plates were quite retro, and there was no table charge. The roujiamo arrived first and was delicious. I highly recommend it. The enzyme radish was generous; after taking one slice, it was incredibly sour. It was quite addictive, though, and went well with rice. I devoured it mouthful after mouthful. I ordered a portion of Zhang Yeye's handmade hollow noodles in sour soup, as they were a recommended dish. The portion was small; we each finished it in two bites, but the flavor and texture were both excellent. I enjoy small, delicate portions, as neither of us eat much. The bowl of oat noodle soup with mutton was delicious, thankfully small; we probably wouldn't have been able to finish a larger portion, and the broth was delicious. I didn't ask for spicy or cilantro on the gluten noodles, as they weren't very good without the spice, but with the spice, it was still acceptable. I wouldn't recommend the fried oat noodles...they taste weird even if they're dry. Always the first choice. Authentic Xi'an cuisine. Noodles are not sticky. Fish bones are soft and the fish meat is chewy. The lamb leg is a must. Fragrant and not greasy. Reasonable price. The store is grand. The service is first-class. Keep following.
