It was a nice way to discover the region from the water, just a real pity that the commentary was only in German and English. It would be much better with an audio guide in French and/or Dutch, perhaps for a small extra charge.

The boat trip was beautiful and not too crowded. The audio guide provided very interesting information about Cologne. We didn't find the departure point immediately, but we were helped. The price-performance ratio was good. We departed a little later than planned, but were back right on time. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised by this experience.

Lovely boat trip on the Rhine. Plenty of seats, and the main sights were described over the tannoy, via a recorded soundtrack, in German and English. This was clear and easy to hear. The staff were friendly and table service was prompt (we certainly didn't experience the delays that others had described in their reviews). Just make it clear to the server if you are not with the people sitting on your table, as they put all our drinks on one bill. This wasn't a problem as the lovely couple sitting with us ordered more drinks later on and chose the drinks that we had had. This meant they could give us the new bill to pay, so it was all sorted out without any use issue. A pleasant way to spend an hour and a half seeing the sights of Cologne from the water.

Loved the cruise! We had wonderful weather but there's seating inside if the weather isn't cooperative. The boat had lots of room, and all the info on all the sights was in German and English. Fantastic views of some of the castles closest to Koblenz, plus the Eck and nearby fortress.
