If you're interested in geothermal energy or in geology or in science overall, this is great. But, be aware that the taxi service is very expensive in Iceland; so reaching the plant and getting out for me was about $300usd.

Wow, the volcano show was amazing! I'm really impressed. One of the best museums I've ever been to. The ice cave is great, and so is the Northern Lights show (though I wish they had explained the different colors of the aurora borealis). Still, highly recommended.

The tour was a unique experience. We managed to see almost three whales. I highly recommend it. We went in September, which is a great time to see them. Afterward, we went to the whale museum, where they offer a 50% discount.
