The trip was well organised with Mia and Rachel giving clear instructions regarding timings, pick up and drop off points. The shuttle bus was comfortable and the driver professional. The Pandas themselves were beyond cute.

A super therapeutic and meaningful panda volunteer experience! The entire process was well-organized, the staff were patient and professional, we observed the daily lives of these national treasures up close, and even got to trim bamboo leaves and make panda-shaped steamed buns – an immersive experience of the work of a zookeeper. Away from the crowds of tourists, we gained a deeper understanding of panda conservation and learned so much!

The driver and guide was very nice and friendly. Elderly friendly place I would say. Convenient if you bring elderly. The view is nice and beautiful. Cooling weather if you want to escape the hotness during their summer session, as the mountain area is cooling. Suggest to wear long pants and bring at least a windbreaker if you are scared of cold as the temperature will drop when it rains if you are unable to tolerate the coldness (this is for summar). Temperature will be colder based on weather sessions.

It was a very satisfying and enjoyable trip. Bin's English is excellent; our child listened attentively and was completely absorbed. He introduced various customs and general knowledge in a clear, concise, and informative way. I visited the Panda Base in 2016 and found it very crowded then; now, I heard it's even more crowded with the arrival of Hua Hua, so we chose Wolong Panda Base, which was indeed much less crowded. Throughout the volunteer trip, the child learned about various aspects of pandas and observed them up close. As an adult, I also learned a lot, making it a very worthwhile trip. Furthermore, our guide, Bin, provided me with a lot of information about Chongqing tourism, which was a great help for the rest of the trip. He truly understands the highlights of foreign tours.
