Xiwan Scenic Area

My second visit to West Lake was great; the boat tour was excellent. The dock was easy to find, the staff were very friendly, provided clear explanations, and helped with any issues. There were also sightseeing buses, which were nice but a bit pricey. Taking the boat tour and then walking around was both perfectly fine.

Why did I navigate to the Yuliao Visitor Center and it said there was a paid seaside boardwalk, but there was no staff and the boardwalk was broken in the middle. Locals said it was closed (⁼̴̤̆ ㉨⁼̴̤̆ )

It's worth a visit. Although it's a small, undeveloped scenic area, the natural scenery is still beautiful and perfect for taking photos. The lights are quite lovely at night. The area is large, and going up and down the mountain requires some physical exertion.
