The museum is located behind the cultural center opposite Qitaihe Vocational and Technical College. It is free to visit. Registration is required for entry. Free bag storage is provided. It is very conscientious! !
Only the second floor can be visited, but the second floor is very large. It introduces in detail the mineral resources, ancient and modern development, history of the Northeast Anti-Japanese War and cultural development of Qitaihe City. Here you can see many old objects and even cultural relics, and you can also experience the mine in person.
ps: The first time I went to Qitaihe, I ate the local unique turtle pot. It was really well-deserved, fragrant and not greasy, suitable for eating with Wellcome red apples. Qitaihe Reservoir is behind the Champion Building, which is also very beautiful and cool like Iceland.
