Things to do in Yueqing

Overall, it's quite good. Yandang Mountain truly lives up to its reputation as one of the Three Mountains and Five Sacred Mountains. The scenery at Fangdong Cave, Lingyan Rock, Lingfeng Peak, Dalongqiu Waterfall, and the Three-Tier Waterfall is all beautiful, and there's even a flying leap performance at Lingyan Rock. Moreover, transportation is convenient, and a single ticket allows you to enjoy three days of sightseeing, making it great value for money. Accommodation and dining in Xiangtouling are also very convenient.

There are many caves inside, all related to religion. Personally, I didn't find them very interesting. Guanyin Cave is more unique and worth seeing. I was too tired to visit Zhenji Temple.

My 5-day trip to Guizhou was fantastic! The itinerary was well-planned, covering must-see attractions like Huangguoshu Waterfall, Xiaoqikong Scenic Area, Xijiang Miao Village, Zhenyuan Ancient Town, and Fanjingshan Mountain. The scenery was breathtaking, the Miao villages had a fantastic nighttime atmosphere, and our guide, Xu Fei, provided detailed explanations and attentive service. There were no hidden costs throughout the trip. Our driver, Feng, helped with my luggage, and we even got to sample authentic Guizhou cuisine. The trip was relaxing and enjoyable, the scenery was soothing, and it's definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!

It took an hour to round trip, and the waterfall was only a moderate height, though very thin! Compared to the other scenic spots we visited before, this was quite ordinary! We were mainly staying in the Lingfeng Scenic Area the night before, so we just stopped by the next day.

Take the scenic shuttle bus to Lingyan Station, then transfer to a minibus to Fangdong. The journey is less strenuous halfway up the mountain; from Fangdong, walk all the way to Lingyan. Those with a fear of heights should be aware of the suspension bridge; if you are too afraid to cross it, you will have to return the way you came, as the bridge is the only way to reach Lingyan.

Challenging!!! But I loved it!! Train fit before you go. Gloves and shoes with good grip are must-haves. Suggest to stay at Jing Mei Homestay, the entrance is super close!

We went there on October 5th. It was cloudy and drizzling that day. There were many entertainment activities, beautiful scenery, and small animals to feed. The children loved it. You need to pay extra to play the iron slide, water slide, and cross-country slide, but it is really fun and it is very exciting to slide down. The speed of the 8-story slide is not as fast as you might think, but very gentle, and it will not cause fear. It is worth taking the children to play.

Even during the Qingming Festival, the core scenic area of ​​Yandang Mountain was crowded with people, but there were few tourists here. The tall stone gate was very imposing and distinctive; the water of the Mimosa waterfall was extremely clear. An hour was enough for a casual walk. Unfortunately, it was late and there was not enough time. There was also a high-altitude plank road (it was said that it would take more than four hours to hike), so I could only watch and regret it.
