The Matterhorn is 4478 meters above sea level. Its special triangular cone shape is very representative and is a symbol of the Alps. Especially at sunrise and sunset, the snow-covered mountains reflect a metallic light, which is breathtaking. . Difficult mountaineering challenges Matterhorn is the last major mountain in the Alps to be conquered, and many mountaineers regard it as a difficult challenge due to its extremely steep and precipitous terrain. Even now, it is only possible to reach the summit by a professional climber with complete equipment, accompanied by an experienced guide. From the foot of the mountain, the town of Zermatt at the foot of the Matterhorn is a good place to overlook the Matterhorn, and the MatterVispa River in the center of the town is the best choice for watching the morning view of the Matterhorn. . Standing by the river and looking along the empty river, the king of the mountains without the roof and branches to cover it looks even more majestic. A close-up view of the Matterhorn from the glacier paradise There is a small Matterhorn (KleinMatterhorn) near the Matterhorn. There is a viewing platform 3883 meters above sea level on its steep hill, known as the "Matterhorn" Glacier Paradise". Here, visitors can admire the Matterhorn and the surrounding mountains of the Alps up close, with magnificent glaciers and rolling snow.Zermatt · 8.5 km from downtown

Zermatt Ski Resort is known as a skier's paradise. The ski slopes in its territory cross the Italian border with a total length of 360 kilometers, and there are quite convenient ski lifts that can reach the 3,883-meter-high Klein Matterhorn. Even though Switzerland is full of skiable mountain villages in winter, the Zermatt ski area is still a popular choice for many skiers. The ski runs here allow the skilful skiers to fully display their superb skiing skills and enjoy the wide field of vision and magnificent scenery. In addition, there are approachable, family-friendly ski areas within the ski resort, and there are great restaurants in the middle where visitors can take a break, enjoy a meal and replenish their energy. Skiing is possible 365 days a year, and even in the height of summer, there are still 21 kilometers of pistes, so it is also the base for the Swiss National Ski Team to train its players in the summer. The Zermatt Ski Resort in summer can still allow you to enjoy the unique experience of skiing under the sun with your ski equipment. In addition, in May and June every year, the Gravity Park Zermatt, which is specially set up for snow sports enthusiasts, will also open, where you can also enjoy snowboarding or various snow sports.Zermatt · 1.9 km from downtown

In the small town of Zermatt in the Swiss canton of Valais, the Murini Viewpoint is one of the premier locations for gazing at the Matterhorn. This site is not only a fusion of nature and engineering, but also a pilgrimage site for countless travelers seeking a "dialogue with the snow-capped mountains." Every perspective captures the grandeur and poetry of the Alps. Standing on the viewpoint, the view unfolds like a three-dimensional "encyclopedia of the Alps." In winter, the viewpoint is blanketed in snow, the powdery powder sparkling like diamonds in the sunlight. In spring, the remnant of snow on the rock faces intersects with the newly blooming wildflowers, creating a breathtaking spectacle. Here, the Matterhorn is no longer just a name in a geography book, but the wind you can touch, the snow you can see, and the eternity that can be engraved in your memory.Zermatt · 812m from downtown

From Zermatt GGB to Gornergrat, you need to take a cogwheel train. After using the Swiss pass to get a 50% discount, I paid 57 Swiss francs. The ticket price is for reference only. The ticket price will fluctuate during the off-season and peak season. We went there during the National Day. The starting point is opposite the Zermatt train station. It takes 5 stops to get to Gornergrat by cogwheel train. Gornergrat is the last stop. Due to the high altitude, it is easier to see the Matterhorn. Taking reflection photos in Rotenboden requires higher weather conditions. We waited for two hours before we saw it.

Lake Riffel is on the top of a mountain, in the Alps on the border of Switzerland and France. In winter, the snow and the lake melt together. It is a very nice view. It is very far from Saas Fee.

Beautiful lakeside promenade, both from Saint-Brice to the city center and from the city center to Boudry. The lake and the landscape change frequently depending on the weather and the season. The summer vacation at home was 5 days of yoga at 7 am in Jeunes Rives (city of Neuchâtel), where the setting is spectacular with hundreds of birds flying around and landing on the lake. In short, the lake reminds you of vacation, no matter where you are when traveling in the world. I'd be happy to see him again.
