This bakery is renowned for its use of local organic ingredients and partnerships with like-minded farms. The breakfast menu isn't extensive, with prices ranging from 38–95 DKK. If you're looking for something simple, you can also order just a piece of bread. After much deliberation, I finally chose the Egg on Toast paired with a pot of Herbal Tea. The sourdough bread was topped with finely scrambled eggs, with a layer of slightly tangy sauce (probably a special mayonnaise?) in between. The aroma and texture were perfectly balanced.
