Enchanted Rock State Natural Area – Fredericksburg

#summervacay Climbing Enchanted Rock at sunrise was one of my most memorable Texas summer experiences. The massive pink granite dome rises out of the Hill Country and offers 360° views at the top that are just stunning. The hike isn’t too long, but it’s steep—bring water! Up top, I sat on the warm rock, watched birds soar, and felt completely at peace. It’s spiritual, surreal, and perfect for hikers, photographers, or anyone who loves wide-open Texas landscapes. #summervacay
