San Francisco, a romantic travel story created by the sea breeze and sea fog

#July Travel Support Fund San Francisco had a unique feeling created by the cool sea breeze and sea fog as soon as I arrived. The Victorian houses lined up on the hill and the Golden Gate Bridge seen from afar showed the charm of this city. The first stop on the trip was the Golden Gate Bridge. The orange bridge was much more magnificent than in the photo, and the view of the ocean and the city from the bridge was truly impressive. The view of San Francisco from the Marin Headlands Observatory was breathtaking. After that, I took a boat and visited Alcatraz Island. This place, which used to be a prison, still retained its eerie atmosphere, and listening to the story of the past through the audio guide and touring the solitary confinement cells and prisons made me feel like I had traveled back in time. For lunch, I tried sourdough clam chowder at Fisherman's Wharf. Sea lions gathered at Pier 39 to rest, and it was bustling with street performances and souvenir shops. On the zigzag road on the hill, Lombard Street, the scenery of cute flowers and gardens was so pretty that I took a picture. In the evening, I visited an Italian restaurant in North Beach and finished the day by enjoying pizza and wine. On the last day, I walked around Golden Gate Park and looked around the Japanese garden and art museum. It was a leisurely and healing time to enjoy nature and art in the city at the same time. San Francisco was a city of emotions where the sea, hills, culture, and gourmet food come together.
