The Reformation Monument is located in the park behind the University of Geneva. It is a 10-meter-high and 100-meter-long granite long wall to commemorate the 400th anniversary of the birth of Calvin, the pioneer of the Reformation. In the middle of the monument wall are four tall figures, from left to right are Faher, Calvin, Baiz and Knox. They and the figures surrounding the statue are famous figures of the 16th-century Reformation. The overall statue is magnificent and very suitable for taking pictures.Geneva · 2 km from Carouge

The Geneva Botanical Garden is located in the suburbs of Geneva. It is a popular leisure place in the area and also provides teaching materials for botanical research. Since 1904, the Geneva Botanical Garden has been open to the public. The vast garden has a variety of plants, trees, flowers, special biological habitats, greenhouses and a small zoo. The Geneva Botanical Garden classifies the various plants according to their natural habitats and has corresponding information signs: the exhibits include national protected plants, medicinal plants, practical plants, garden plants, flowers and exotic flowers. The zoo has endangered species, ancient breeds of domestic animals, sika deer, ducks, flamingos living in a special aquatic environment and exotic birds such as parrots and parakeets in large aviaries.

Located on the shore of Lake Geneva, it is also the largest park in downtown Geneva, a great place for leisure and vacation. [Scenery] The scenery is amazing, because on the shore of Lake Geneva, standing high in the park, you can see Lake Geneva and the Palais des Nations in the distance. In spring, when the weather is clear, you can also see the snow-capped mountains in the distance. [Fun] In addition to a place for everyone to take a walk and rest, the park also has a playground for children to play, and there is also a cafe, which is only open in summer, where you can eat simple meals, ice cream and drink coffee. Very beautiful environment. [Value for money] A large free park. In the summer, there are also free outdoor concerts here. I highly recommend everyone to come and have a look. Very beautiful environment, very pleasant concerts.

It is said to be a tomb, but it is more like a small park by Lake Geneva. There are ponds, benches, buildings, and a view of the big fountain on Lake Geneva. Everything looks very comfortable.

The Reformation Monument in Geneva, Switzerland, I really came across it by accident when searching. I had never paid attention to it and never thought about the relationship between Switzerland and the Reformation. Following the navigation, I walked to the University of Geneva, which was equivalent to the Reformation Monument, because it was right in front of the university. The so-called monument is a big wall, anyway, I don’t understand it very well.
